Biografía: 

Aquarelle is a portuguese musical project, created in 2003 by Luís Couto, who previously worked under the name Moving Coil. In October of 2003, aquarelle finished its first recording - the demo "ten postcards to her ghosts/ten postcards from his ghosts", which features Mara Neves (who had previously appeared on one Moving Coil song) on the vocals of its three tracks. This first demo received good airplay on portuguese radios and enthusiastic reviews, figuring on some lists of "best of the year 2003". During 2004, Mara left, but Susana Mota (paintings) and Rui Almeida (sounds and guitars) were added. In April 2004, a multimedia work (which features a short story, music and illustrations) - "era uma vez uma cortina..." - was completed and made available through the web at www.aquarellenet.com/eraumavez.htm.
